We conducted a comprehensive analysis of an irregularly shaped plot to fully unlock its development potential. Our concept maximized the buildable area through a well-organized row housing layout, carefully balancing functionality and aesthetics.

The design ensured efficient land use, including logical internal circulation and dedicated green spaces for residents.

Importantly, the investor compared our concept with proposals from other studios — none of which offered a better optimization of the site. Our analysis proved that it’s possible to combine maximum land use with a high standard of living for future residents.

Concept for an administrative and office building in Rzeszów

We developed a concept for a modern office building with an integrated administrative section, designed to prioritize aesthetics, functionality, and harmony with the surrounding environment. The project responds perfectly to the shape and conditions of the site — the coat of arms of Rzeszów served as inspiration for the building’s form and layout.

The structure features a contemporary, elegant design that has the potential to become a local landmark, drawing attention from both residents and investors. By fully leveraging the site’s potential and location, we created a development that fits seamlessly into the urban fabric while offering highly functional solutions for future users.

This concept merges modernity with refinement, resulting in a space that is welcoming and efficient for both employees and visitors.

Concept for the revitalization of the market square in Łańcut

Our revitalization concept for the market square in Łańcut combines modern urban planning with a deep respect for local tradition and heritage. The project envisions a vibrant public space that serves as a hub for community gatherings, relaxation, and cultural activity — welcoming both residents and visitors.

We introduced a variety of attractions, including monuments, a fountain, trampolines, outdoor chess areas, and relaxation zones — transforming the square into a dynamic and engaging centerpiece of city life. Accessibility was a top priority: the entire space has been designed to be fully inclusive and user-friendly for people with disabilities.

One of the most distinctive features of the concept is the display of archaeological findings beneath a transparent glass panel at sidewalk level — offering a modern, interactive way to explore the city’s history.

Concept for a children’s home complex

We present a modern architectural concept for a children’s home complex, designed to foster a comfortable, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children. The plan includes separate residential buildings tailored to different age groups, allowing the space to be adapted to the specific developmental and emotional needs of its young residents. Additionally, an administrative building with a multi-purpose meeting hall provides space for day-to-day operations, family gatherings, and community events.

Our goal was to create a place where children can grow, play, and truly feel at home. The design features a playground, sports facilities, and quiet relaxation zones — supporting holistic development and everyday well-being.

All buildings are equipped with energy-efficient systems, reducing operating costs while reflecting our commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable design.
