Commercial projects
Our architectural studio specializes in designing custom commercial spaces that help business owners maximize the investment potential of their properties. We create functional, well-planned service and commercial facilities that not only make efficient use of available space but also boost long-term property value. Thanks to our extensive experience in modernizing existing buildings, we are able to breathe new life into older structures through strategic renovations, expansions, or additions. Every project is thoughtfully developed — from concept through completion — with each detail carefully optimized to align with client goals and comply with all relevant regulations.
Selected projects
Production facility with office space
We designed a production facility with an integrated office building for a company specializing in concrete products and paving stones. The building’s elegance is emphasized by a prominent, well-composed front façade. The complex is equipped with state-of-the-art production technologies and full technical infrastructure, significantly improving operational efficiency and streamlining workflow throughout the facility.
Sports hall at a primary school
We designed a modern sports facility with a compact, minimalist form that fits seamlessly into the existing school environment. This two-story building features a clear functional layout, with a dedicated sports zone and separate supporting areas such as locker rooms, storage rooms, and restrooms. The main hall has a clean rectangular volume topped with a dynamically shaped multi-slope roof, which gives the structure a light and contemporary appearance.
Modernization of a cube-style house
This renovation of a cube-style single-family home involved both horizontal and vertical expansion, adding a new residential floor and space for food service functions. The transformation improved the building’s overall functionality and appeal by unlocking its full residential and commercial potential.
Modernization of a 1970s building with commercial spaces
We renovated this 1970s-era building to enhance its investment potential through a combination of reconstruction, horizontal expansion, and the addition of a new floor. The project introduced green roofs and rooftop terraces, while the extra level was built using lightweight construction methods to reduce the load on the existing foundations — a critical factor for ensuring the structure’s long-term safety and stability.
